Many of you can probably imagine that my favorite character on Sex and the City was Samantha Jones played by the talented Kim Cattrall. Strong, independent, sexual, forward, loving--and at times vulnerable--who didn't love Samantha's bravado and spunk?
Everyone should be happy to know that Samantha--I mean Kim is back on HBO in an amazing piece on sex and sexuality called Sexual Intelligence. The documentary takes us around the world and throughout history to understand penises, sexual desire, the vulva, and sensuality. All sorts of people are interviewed: lesbians, straight men, and even a cute latino gay man who I would love to bone.
All sorts of facts are revealed, including something that shocked me. Did you know that there is a chemical called oxytocin that is released when you are attracted to someone? But after five years, you build up a tolerance to this chemical. Who ever knew that we are literally drugged by our lovers?
The documentary is narrated by Cattrall, and it is refreshing to see her punctuate the show in her Samantha inspired gusto. I often wondered how Samantha would do if she ever got her own show. Check out Sexual Intelligence on HBO to find out. Now why didn't Kim Cattrall get her own television spin-off?

I saw the program on HBO Monday night. It was extremely educational and entertaining and yes, the latino gay guy was so cute. I was wishing I was a gay man for a minute...lol

Hey Bernard,
Love the posts but where are the audio versions? I need to get my fix of your sexy voice cumming out of my ipod.
